Just Pull Up A Chair!

We are decorating our new house now so I am obviously in a furniture-frenzy!  I go to people’s home and stare at their furniture…I see catalogs at the doctor’s office and can’t leave without flipping through the whole thing…I window shop every opportunity I get…

So, it goes without saying how much time I spend online gazing at new furniture pieces!

My next project is finding a super chair for the playroom.  Thankfully, I found great options!

I love this alternative beanbag by Fatboy!  It is so versatile that you can sit on it, recline it, lie on it or even perch on it horseback-style!  It’s a game and a seat all in one!  The best part is that it’s coated-nylon fabric exterior wipes clean with a damp cloth!  So many colors…so many choices!

You can purchase The Fatboy at Design Public which also sell this amazing pint-size rocker by iglooplay!  It was inspired by African stools that cup the body!  The Mod Rocker is made with eco-friendly maple or walnut.

Look at these designer miniatures that my favorite site, Clever Tomato sells!  Gotta love a mini-me Ball Chair!  Since we have a “grown-up size” one I’m all over this one!

The Ball Chair:

But then I saw this one too…true love! The mini-me of The Egg Chair is called The Yolk:

The Little Nest, the makers of The Ball Chair & The Yolk have lots more!  I’m not alone in being a fan – they were the Winner of the Children’s 2009 Style Award.

Well…kids need to sit in more place than one right?  So, maybe I will widen my horizon and not limit my chair choice to only the playroom!  I can’t help it – these are adorable!
