The store windows in London are already decorated with Christmas ornaments and the preparations for the holidays are in full swing already! Unbelievable but true….!

One thing that does need advance notice is finding a great advent calendar. Finding one that isn’t an eyesore to grown ups but still fun and playful enough to appeal to children is a task worth a couple of weeks….

  1. These are really creative ideas for advent calendars! I remember using the less-than-creative pre-made versions that had chocolate behind each cardboard window. I especially like the reindeer bags you can hang and fill with tiny treats. These countdown ideas are good for any event you’re counting down to–birthdays, anniversaries, vacations, etc!
